Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Agreement

   These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our website (the "Site"), services, software, games, and products (collectively the "Services"). By using or accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

   Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services on a personal, non-commercial basis.

3. Jurisdiction and Compliance

   The Site is operated from Ontario, Canada. The laws of the Province of Ontario will govern any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, your access to or use of the Site, the Services, or any related claims thereto. You must comply with all applicable laws in each jurisdiction where you live.

4. Age Restrictions

   To open an account, register for a game or participate in a tournament, you must be at least 19 years old and physically located within Ontario.

5. Registration Requirements

   You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on the Site. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account details. You agree to update such information promptly upon any changes thereto.

6. Wagering Limits

• The minimum amount you can wager is $1.
• Daily, weekly, or monthly maximum limits apply. These limits may vary depending on your tier level in our Loyalty Program (see Section 9).

7. Withdrawal and Cancellation of Deposits

   You may withdraw any winnings to a bank account by submitting the necessary documents for verification purposes.

8. Responsible Gaming

• You must be able to pay all losses incurred.
• If we reasonably believe you are or have been involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other types of prohibited behavior (such as underage gambling), your access may be restricted or terminated at our sole discretion.
• You can set deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits using the responsible gaming features.

9. Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal amount: $50
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction is $10,000 for non-VIP members; VIP players have a higher limit (see Section 11)

10. Security Measures

    We maintain state-of-the-art security systems and protocols to protect the confidentiality of your information.

11. Termination of Use

• We may terminate or suspend this Agreement at any time without notice if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
• You can self-exclude from our Services for a period between one week up to five years, using features provided on the Site (see Section 10).

12. Disputes

    We reserve all rights arising from any dispute or claim by virtue of this Agreement or in relation thereto.

13. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages (including economic loss), resulting from use of our Services.
• In no event will we be responsible to you for any damages exceeding $1 million.

14. Changes and Updates

• These Terms and Conditions may change at any time without prior notice.
• It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly; changes shall not affect any rights or obligations previously established.

15. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
